- personal use only, commercial use will be charged 20% of the og price
- half payment must been made upon request and paid full after sketch approval
- payment through online banking (RM) or paypal (USD)
- sketch may took a day
- time period : a week to 1 month please be patient and I'll try my best to finish early
- I have the right to include the commissioned work in my portfolio
- I have the right to refuse any commissions I'm uncomfortable with
- I reserve the right to cancel any commissions due to unforeseen circumstances, full refund will follow regardless of how many progress has been made
- only half refund if you cancel during colouring stage or close to completion
- rush orders will be charged
